We found this Gladstone project in a spectacular location. It needed some TLC, but our team could see the grand vision and went sprinting to give it a much-needed update. With exterior drainage issues, a flooded crawlspace, and damaged floor braces – the project didn’t come without some major challenges. Seeing it cross the finish line felt all the more impressive.

This expansive home reached deep into the large lot. From the entrance off of the carport, homeowners would arrive between the family room and kitchen. The area’s previous use as a breakfast nook was cumbersome and didn’t feel functional, so we opened up the space to allow for easy entrance and, if the new homeowner desired, a custom drop zone for bags, shoes, etc.

Our team reworked the kitchen for a smoother transition through the home and an easier workflow while cooking. With sleek neutral finishes, the kitchen complemented the style of the home while giving new homeowners a fresh space to work in.

Laminate plank floors throughout gave a warm and durable finish to the whole house. Then, in bathrooms, we tiled shower surrounds and floors to create individual, unique spaces with extra interest.

The entire home got a fresh coat of paint, new concrete drive, block retaining wall, and new roof. By the time we finished, the entire house had been down to its bare bones and rebuilt throughout the interior. The upgraded flow and fixtures delivered a stunning 4 bed, 3 bath to the market.
